We at Rocker Dog Organic maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping charges for delivery, as well as a minimal handling to cover picking, packing and assembly costs will be added to your order. These charges will be listed together on your invoice as "Shipping and Handling"

Delivery Estimates

Due to the nature of our fresh frozen product, and all live shipping rates are for expedited shipping. With a delivery window of 1 - 3 business days once processed.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Rocker Dog Organic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
